I’ve created this BLOG in an effort to share my vast knowledge and experience in the Mortgage business with anyone who is looking for free information about mortgage loans and Interest Rates.  Idealy, this BLOG will help people make an educated decision about choosing a Mortgage when buying a home or deciding if they should refinance their existing home loan(s).

I’ve been helping people purchase and refinance real estate since 1998.  I started out the way most do; I learned everything “on-the-fly”.  After 10 years, I can say that I’m a Seasoned Professional and everything I know I’ve learned from experience.  Experience is crucial in my Profession because guidelines, programs, and markets change throughout the day.  If you are working with a Mortgage Professional that is uninformed, you can end up in the wrong Mortgage severely impacting your financial future.  I’ve seen it happen hundreds of times and still do on a regular basis.  The facts are that most of the people in the mortgage business who you would be speaking with have less than 2 years of experience.  Do you really want someone who is essentially a “Rookie” handling the biggest financial decisions that you will make in your lifetime?  The truth is that you’ll either save tens of thousands of dollars by getting the right mortgage or you will lose tens of thousands of dollars to the bank by not getting the right mortgage.

I work with all my Clients directly.  I’ve closed over 1,000 loans in my career and have helped My Clients save Millions and Millions of dollars by making the right decision about their Mortgage.  I consider it my job to help every Client create a Mortgage Structure that makes sense given their specific long and short-term financial goals.  I put myself in the shoes of each Client and comprehensively review their situation as though it were my own.  I then ask myself, “What would I do?”.  I can show you how to make your mortgage work for you instead of against you.  You will essentially end up with the same mortgage that a true Mortgage Professional would obtain if he was in your situation.

The most important items to consider when Applying for a Mortgage are:
1) How long do we plan to be in this home?
2) Is there anything that could change our financial obligations in the future that we’re aware of now?
3) Do our goals include trying to pay off our home or is Saving more appropriate given our Retirement Strategy?
4) Does my proposed Mortgage Payment allow me enough disposable income to live the lifestyle I desire?
5) Who is looking out for me in all of this?
